26 Month GUARANTEE

This puppy is guaranteed to be a purebred AKC registered Labrador Retriever, being sold in good physical health, free from parasites, and up to date on vaccinations at the time of purchase.

The purchaser has a period of three (3) days after purchase to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian of their choice. If the purchaser chooses not to have the puppy examined within that time, then he/she accepts the puppy “as is” at the time of sale.

This puppy is guaranteed to be free of genetic health disorders that the sire and dam are tested for. Within the 26 months after purchase, if the puppy has not been bred and is found to have a genetic defect (certified by a reputable veterinarian and including a second opinion, if needed), the breeder agrees to replace the puppy with one of the same type and sex from available stock or from an expected litter within one year. No cash refunds will be made.

The breeder may request a second opinion to verify the said genetic defect prior to agreeing to replacement. All shipping costs and veterinary expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable.

The purchaser agrees to:

    •    Properly house the puppy,

    •    Provide quality nutrition.

Any evidence that the puppy has been neglected or abused will void this contract. This puppy may not be sold to a pet shop, puppy broker, or breeding kennel. If the purchaser feels he/she can no longer care for the puppy, the breeder will be notified to assist in finding the puppy a suitable home.

This is a binding contract enforceable in a court of law within the State of Texas.
