Basic Obedience truly forms the bedrock of a harmonious relationship between every dog and their owner. It's not just about teaching commands; it's about establishing trust, communication, and mutual respect. That's why we believe it's essential for every dog, regardless of breed or purpose.
Whether your dog is destined for hunting or simply a beloved family companion, our Basic Obedience program lays down the groundwork for success in every aspect of their life. From mastering commands like sit, here, down place and here, to walking politely on a leash and learning proper manners, these skills are invaluable for both you and your furry friend.
At our facility, we welcome dogs of all breeds and backgrounds, understanding that each one has unique needs and potential. Our expert trainers tailor their approach to suit your dog's temperament and learning style, ensuring that they not only learn the commands but also enjoy the process.
So whether you're aiming for a well-behaved hunting partner or simply want a well-mannered family pet, our Basic Obedience program is the first step towards a fulfilling and enriching relationship with your canine companion.
In our Basic Obedience program, we focus on teaching your dog five fundamental commands, both on and off leash:
Through positive reinforcement and consistent training methods, we ensure that your dog learns these commands effectively, building a strong foundation for further training and enhancing the bond between you and your canine companion.
In addition to mastering basic commands, our Basic Obedience program focuses on cultivating essential skills that enhance communication and strengthen the bond between you and your dog.
We emphasize teaching your dog to pay attention to you, ensuring they understand that you are their leader and source of guidance. This attention training lays the groundwork for effective communication and sets the stage for successful obedience in any situation.
Loose leash walking is another crucial skill we address. By teaching your dog to walk calmly and attentively beside you without pulling on the leash, we make walks more enjoyable and manageable for both you and your furry friend.
Eye contact is a key component of effective communication between dogs and their owners. We work on teaching your dog to maintain eye contact with you, fostering a deeper connection and reinforcing their focus on you as their leader.
Jumping up can be a common and undesirable behavior in dogs. Through positive reinforcement and consistent training methods, we help your dog learn not to jump up on people, promoting polite and respectful interactions with family members and visitors alike.
These additional skills, combined with basic obedience commands, form a comprehensive training program that equips your dog with the tools they need to thrive in various situations and environments. At our facility, we are committed to providing your dog with the best possible training experience, ensuring they become well-mannered and obedient companions for life.
Our Basic Obedience program begins on the FIRST of every month, providing a structured and consistent start for your dog's training journey. Due to limited availability, we recommend scheduling in advance to secure a spot for your furry companion.
To reserve your dog's place in the program, we require a $200 nonrefundable deposit. This deposit ensures that your spot is reserved exclusively for your dog, allowing us to provide personalized attention and tailored training to meet their needs.
By securing your reservation early, you can guarantee that your dog receives the attention and care they deserve, setting them up for success in their training endeavors.
To schedule your dog's enrollment or inquire about availability, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We look forward to helping your dog embark on their journey to obedience and companionship!
